1. Returns

Return Window: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Certain items are not eligible for return for health and safety reasons:

3. How to Initiate a Return

Contact Us: To start a return, please contact our customer service team at our subscription email block with your order number and reason for return.

Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Ship the Item: Mail your return to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it arrives at our warehouse.

Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong/missing item shipped).
4. Refunds

Inspection: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days. The credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Deductions: Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order on our website.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
